硒蛋白功能与特应性皮炎的关系研究进展

摘要 特应性皮炎(AD)是一种慢性复发性炎症反应。AD的发病过程伴有氧化应激水平升高,Th1/Th2失衡,调节性T细胞(Tregs)和胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)表达异常等特征。硒是人体必需的微量营养素。膳食硒在人体通过硒蛋白发挥生物效应。硒蛋白可能通过抗氧化防御、氧化还原信号调控和免疫反应调节等生物学功能在AD中发挥作用。
