Taking some aluminum magnesium alloy support as a research object, the structure characteristic, material characteristics and the technical requirement of the product were deeply analyzed. And combined with the theory of metal mold low-pressure casting, its metal mold casting technique was reasonably designed. Practice proves that the production efficiency and the rate of finished product for the technique are high, and casting quality is stable, which brings good economic efficiency for business enterprise.
