摘要
在实验研究结果基础上,采用软件MSC.Marc对90°碳钢弯管热推制成形过程进行了数值模拟,研究了成形过程中弯管轴向典型特征边及环向典型特征层的应变分布,并对弯曲成形过程中管壁壁厚变化进行了分析。数值模拟结果与实际生产要求相符,能为研究热推弯管成形机理起到积极作用。
On the basis of experiment research, the hot-pushing bending process for 90 degree carbon steel pipe was numerically simulated by using software MSC.Marc. The strain distribution of the typical characteristic edge along the axial direction and the typical characteristic layer along the circular direction in the forming process was researched. And the variations of pipe-wall thickness in the bending process were analyzed. The numerical simulation results are consistent with the actual production requirements, which can play a positive role in the studying formation mechanism for hot pushing bending pipe.
