The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Chinese Enterprise Management

在我国,企业管理水平不高是造成生产效率低下的一个重要的原因,作者分析了形成这一原因的各种因素,指出改变不合理的经营体制和经济体制是改善企业管理状况的根本出路。作者概括了社会主义企业的五种理论模式,指出惟有有法人所有权的企业模式,才能满足发展社会主义商品经济的要求,作者进一步提出,至于这种模式采取哪些具体形式,还是有待进一步研究的问题。

Why is production efficiency in China low? One important reason is that the level of the Chinese enterprise management is low. By analysing various factors that have conributed to tion this the author points out that the fundamental solution to improving enterprise management is to change the irrational operational system and economic system. The author has summarized five theoretical models of socialist enterprises and points out that only the model of enterprise that has the legal person title can meet the requirement to develop socialist corn modity economy. Furthermore, the author points out that specific forms of this model are a problem to be further investigated and studied.
