摘要
分析了目前汽轮机叶片锻造工艺技术和锻件与模具的设计过程,应用叶片模具CAD系统快速生成了数值模拟的模具及锻坯模型,构建了基于Deform-3D叶片模锻的有限元模型。应用Deform-3D软件分析比较了不同锻造转角、加放不同余量条件下的模具应力分布、锻造载荷、错模力及变形功等,得到了一些具有实用价值的结果,对汽轮机叶片锻模设计具有指导意义。
The current forging technology and the design process of forging and its die for turbine blade were analyzed. The model of the die and forging stock was quickly generated by using CAD system of the die. The finite element model of a blade die forging was established. Die stress distribution, the forging load, offset force, deformation work and so on under the conditions of different forging angles and different forging allowances were analyzed by using Deform-3D software. Some of the results with the practical value were gotten, which has guiding significance to forging die design of the turbine blade.
