摘要
采用任意拉格朗日—欧拉算法的HyperXtrude软件,以矩形铝型材为例,对三组不同分流桥结构的铝型材模具在稳定挤压过程中的应力场、速度场和温度场进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,采用六字分流桥结构时,应力分布最均匀,流速均衡性最好。最后对得出的最优方案的下模工作带进行了调整,能保证产品质量更良好。
Taking rectangular aluminum alloy profile as an example, the stress field, velocity field and temperature field of the aluminum alloy profile die with three different groups of porthole bridge structure were numerically simulated by using the HyperXtrude software with arbitrary Largrang-Euler algorithm during the stable extrusion condition. The results show that, using the six word porthole bridge structure, stress distribution is the most uniform and the equilibration of flow velocity is the best. Finally, the optimized scheme of lower die bearing was adjusted, which can ensure the more good quality of products.
