胆囊胆固醇结石小鼠肝胆组织中微囊蛋白的变化 被引量:3

摘要 胆囊胆固醇结石症是全球常见公共健康问题之一,我国发病率为7%~10%,其确切的发病机制目前尚不清楚,也缺乏疗效确切的治疗药物和预防措施Ⅲ。近期研究发现清遭夫受体B族I型(scavengerreceptorclassBtypeI,SR-BI)介导的肝细胞对高密度脂蛋白(highdensitylipoprotein,HDL)中胆固醇酯的摄取与胆囊胆固醇结石的形成有关,
