篮球比赛中影响罚球命中率的因素分析——以赤峰市2012年篮球联赛为例

The Factors Analysis of Affecting the Free-throw Percentage——Taking the 2012 Chifeng Basketball League Match as an Example

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对在比赛过程中影响罚球命中率的因素进行研究分析,研究表明,影响罚球命中率的因素有体能、技术、心理等因素,其中心理因素是最主要的影响因素。通过研究结果对联赛队员及教练员提供怎样提高罚篮命中率的方法,建议教练员及运动员在日常训练中注重加强队员的心理素质训练,提高队员罚球的自信心等因素,从而为取得比赛胜利添一份保障。

The research which was using documentation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics methods shows that there are many factors influence the free - throw percentage, such as physical ability, technique, mental- ity and so on, and concludes that mental factors play a main role in matches. According to the conclusion of how do team members and coaches improve the free - throw percentage, the author advises that team members and coaches should pay more attention to psychological diathesis training in everyday drills.
