血管内皮生长因子和C-反应蛋白在蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的表达和临床意义

Expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and C-reaction protein in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的:研究蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的表达。方法:检测60例SAH患者入院时血清VEGF和CRP水平,60例健康体检者作为对照组。结果:SAH患者VEGF和CRP水平明显高于健康人(P<0.05),并与SAH严重程度及预后密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清VEGF和CRP可作为SAH的辅助诊断和预后指标。

Objective.To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and C --reaction protein （CRP） in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH）. Methods： The levels of VEGF and CRP were detected in 60 SAH patients on admission, and the 60 healthy individuals were served as control group. Results.The VEGF and CRP levels in SAH group were significantly higher than those in control group （P^0.05） ,and were correlated well with SAH severity and prognosis （P%0.05）. Conclusion： The serum VEGF and CRP detection may he useful for the auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in patients with SAH.
