高原短期暴露男性返回低海拔地区后脱适应期性激素水平的动态变化及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解高原短期暴露人群返回低海拔后性激素的变化。方法:对参加玉树(海拔3 700m)抗震救灾116d后返回平原的613名官兵(观察组)在返回后的第2、15、30天分别抽取空腹静脉血,放射免疫竞争法分析其血清中睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)的浓度。未到高原的140名官兵作为对照组。结果:观察组返回平原第2、15天T含量略高于对照组(P>0.05),第30天T含量略低于对照组(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组返回平原第2、15、30天E2含量均明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组返回平原第30天E2含量明显低于第2、15天的含量(P<0.05),但第15天与第2天比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:成年男性高原短期暴露返回低海拔地区后,血清T水平呈先增高后降低趋势,并出现过度重新调整现象,E2水平呈持续下降趋势。由于E2缺乏与骨质疏松相关,应避免过度训练引发骨损伤。 Objective:To investigate the sex hormone levels in men back to low altitude after a short-- term exposure to high altitude. Methods: A total of 613 military men staying at high altitude (3 700 m) for 116 days in the Yushu earthquake relief were submitted to observation group, and 140 healthy military men living at low altitude served as control group. On the 2nd, 15th and 30th day after returning to the plains, the fasting blood was collected, and serum testosterone and estradiol were analyzed by radioimmu- noassay. Results: Compared with control group, the serum testosterone level in the 2nd and 15th day sub- groups in observation group was slightly increased (P〉0.05), and that in the 30th day subgroup was mildly reduced (P〉0.05). The serum estradiol levels in the 2nd, 15th and 30th day subgroups in observa- tion group were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05). In observation group, the ser- um estradiol level in the 30th day subgroup was obviously lower than that in the 2nd and 15th day sub- groups (P〉0.05), but there was no significant difference in serum estradiol level between the 2nd and iSth day subgroups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: In the adult male returning to low altitude area after a short-- term exposure to high altitude, the serum testosterone level may be firstly increased and then decreased, with the phenomenon of overcorreetion, and the estradiol level has the trend of decrease. The deficiency of serum estradiol is closely related with osteoporosi, suggesting that overtraining should be avoided to pre- vent from bone injury.
