城市公共物品供给中居民参与模式研究——基于公共选择的视角

Study on Wedged Patterns of Resident Participation in Urban Public Goods Providing——From the Perspective of Public Choice

随着我国城市化的迅速发展,城市财政支出也在快速增长,但居民却对享有的公共物品不满意。这是因为传统的投票机制已经不能有效加总偏好,必须引入居民对于城市公共物品的直接参与。同时,这种居民的直接参与必须考虑交易成本最小化,因此,我们认为从公共选择的视角分析是合适的。

Along with the rapid spread of urbanization, urban financial expenditure is growing fast, but resi- dent is yet not satisfied with available public goods. This is because traditional voting mechanism can not aggregate resident preference effectively. It needs to introduce resident direct participation in public goods providing. At the same time, minimizing the transaction cost of resident participation has to be considered. As a result, we suggest a perspective from public choice will be suitable.
