不同筋条刚度下复材加筋板剪切稳定性分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Stability on Composite Stiffened Panels Subjected to Shear Loading under Different Stiffness Conditions

摘要 在面内纯剪切载荷作用下,复合材料加筋壁板易丧失稳定性。通过试验与有限元仿真方法研究不同筋条刚度配比对复合材料加筋壁板屈曲及后屈曲行为的影响。试验中采用莫尔云纹观测法对试验件的屈曲模态进行定性观测,根据试验数据对试验件屈曲承载能力进行评估。研究结果表明:在保持筋条横截面积不变,只改变下缘条宽度和腹板高度的情况下,随着腹板高度的增加(下缘条宽度减小),筋条相对蒙皮的惯性矩增大,屈曲载荷逐渐减小;筋条刚度对屈曲载荷影响较大,对破坏载荷影响很小。有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。 Experiments and finite- element- method analysis have been conducted to investigate the effect of different stiffness on buckling, post- buckling behavior of composite stiffened panels subjected to shear loading. Moire method is applied in the experiment to observe the buckling model. Carrying capacity of stiffened panels is assessed by the results of the test. The results showed that:the stiffeners remain con- stant cross- sectional area, changing only the width of the bottom flange and the height of the web, with the web height increases (decreases the width of the bottom flange), the stiffener is relatively skinned moment of inertia increases, the buckling load decreases. Stiffness of the Stiffener greater impact on the buckling load, but has little effect on the failure load. Finite element simulation results are in good agree- ment with the experimental results.
