摘要
分析了目前国内外主要研究机构对于二氧化碳压缩机性能实验台的设计开发,在此基础上初步进行了二氧化碳跨临界循环压缩机性能测试实验台的设计。根据国标GB/T5773-2004规定的常规制冷剂压缩机性能试验方法,针对于二氧化碳跨临界循环的特性,提出了一种水冷气体冷却器量热器法为辅测,与第二制冷剂量热器法为主测组合作为二氧化碳跨临界循环压缩机的性能试验方法,并详述了此两种方法的原理。
The designed and developed carbon dioxide compressor test rig in the main domestic and for- eign research institutes were introduced and analyzed, and on this basis, a test rig for transcritical carbon dioxide compressors was preliminarily designed. According to the performance test method for the conven- tional refrigerant compressors in GB/T5773-2004 and the special characteristics of carbon dioxide transcriti- cal cycle, a water-cooled gas cooler metering method was suggested as auxiliary test, the second refrigerant calorimeter method was as primary test, and their principle were described in detail.
