摘要
通过工艺流程分析,明确了500 W氦制冷机的控制流程及控制需求,设计实现了制冷机操作模式与过程参数调节控制回路。针对PLC控制系统的硬件和软件设计做了详细说明,并具体给出了500 W氦制冷机制冷模式自动控制的设计与实现。
A 500 W helium refrigerator was designed by the institute of plasma physics of Chinese acad- emy of sciences, which was used to provide forced flow cooling of 4.5 K supercritical helium, and as helium liquifier. Its control system was designed and developed based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) platform to achieve automatic control of the helium refrigerator in each operation mode. Via the analysis of the process flow, each part of the control loops and control requirements was decided, and the refrigerator operation mode as well as its sequence control flow was also designed. The hardware and software design of the PLC control system were introduced. In the end, its design and implementation of automatic control in refrigeration mode were presented in detail.
