摘要
目的 研究五灵胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化的作用 .方法 采用以四氯化碳为主的复合因素致大鼠肝纤维化 ,观察五灵胶囊对肝组织病理学、肝组织和血清中羟脯氨酸 (HYP)、 , 型前胶原 (PC ,PC )含量的影响 .结果 病理学检查显示 ,模型组大鼠肝细胞损伤严重 ,胶原纤维大量增生 ,形成假小叶 .五灵胶囊组大鼠肝细胞结构破坏不明显 ,肝纤维化程度轻 ,在 3.0 g· kg- 1时治疗效果最好 .各治疗组的肝组织 HYP含量均较模型组明显下降 ,尤以五灵胶囊组 (3.0 g·kg- 1 )下降幅度最大 (P<0 .0 1) .各治疗组的血清 PC 及肝PC 含量均较模型组明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) .此外五灵胶囊组(3.0 g· kg- 1 )还可显著降低血清 PC 含量 (P<0 .0 1) .
AIM To study the efficaciousness of Wuling capsules for hepatic fibrosis in rats. METHODS Rat models with hepatic fibrosis were induced by CCl 4 compound factors and then treated with Wuling capsules. Pathology of liver sections, hyaluronic acid and procollagen (PC) contents in rat liver and serum were examined respectively. RESULTS Pathological examinations showed that the liver cells of model rats were injured seriously. Collagen fibers proliferated and dissected hepatic lobules in model rats. Wuling capsules could protect liver cells and reduce degrees of hepatic fibro sis. The best effects were achieved at 3.0 g·kg -1 . Compared with the untreated group, there were remarkable decreases of hepatic collagen contents, serum PCⅢ contents and hepatic PCⅠ contents in the drug treated rats. And the effects were the most significant in the rats treated with Wuling capsules 3.0 g·kg -1 . CONCLUSION Wuling capsules are effective in treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
