摘要
目的 研究电磁场变化率对血液粘度和凝血过程的影响 ,探索降低血液粘度 ,抑制凝血过快、过强的一种物理新方法 .方法 研制产生不同 d E/ dt,d B/ dt的电磁场发生器 .样品用 d E/ dt和 d B/ dt处理 ,处理后分别检测样品的血液粘度、红细胞电泳和凝血过程 .结果 d B/ dt能使全血表观粘度η降低 (P<0 .0 1)、复钙凝血时间 tr变长 (P<0 .0 1) ,血块的最大剪切应力 τm 变小 (P<0 .0 1) ,处理组间比较 d B/ dt较 d E/dt作用效果明显 .结论 d B/
AIM To study the effects of change rate of electromagnetic fields (EMF) on blood apparent viscosity and coagulation and find a new physical way to reduce the blood viscosity and restrain coagulation. METHODS A generator producing different d E /d t and d B /d t EMF was developed. The blood sample was treated with device and then blood apparent viscosity and coagulation progress were detected. RESULTS With radiation of d E /d t , the blood apparent viscosity ( η ) decreased ( P <0.01), the coagulation time ( t r ) got slow ( P <0.01), the biggest clotting strength ( τ m) weaker ( P < 0.01 ) compared with d E /d t treatments, the d B /d t had more significant influence on blood. CONCLUSION d B /d t can improve the hemorheological performance.
