摘要
教师的职业道德是后天实践的产物,是自律和他律的统一。职业院校既是教师职业道德的需求者,又是教师职业道德成长的推动者,必须承担起推动教师职业道德成长的使命和责任。
The professional ethics of teacher is acquired by later practice ,and it is a combination of self -regulation and heteronomy .The vocational college who act both as the demander of teachers ’ professional ethnic and the promoter of it should take the responsibility of driving the development of teacher’s professional ethics forward .
