Strengthening Graduate Follow-up Survey with a View to Improve the Quality of Talents Training

针对当前高职学生就业过程中存在的问题,研究毕业生跟踪调查的必要性,从毕业生跟踪调查的内容、手段、指标体系构建和效用四大方面,分别阐述毕业生跟踪调查过程的不同工作,体现以就业为导向,利用毕业生跟踪调查模式,培养优秀技术技能型人才的可行性。

According to the present problems of employment among higher vocational college students ,the paper aims at discussing the necessity of graduate follow -up survey .Besides ,the paper analyses different tasks in the process from contents ,means ,index system construction and effective-ness .By the type of follow -up survey which reflects the employment tendency ,it shows the feasibility of training outstanding skilled technical talents .
