九十年代,是我国经济发展更势比较严峻的时刻,我们应保持清巨性、复杂性,正确地认识我们面断深入,才能解决我们所面临的困为迎接九十年代,同时为庆贺了部分在京的专家学者,围绕九十次笔谈会。为关键的十年,尤其在当前经济形醒的头脑,要充分估计到改革的艰临的困难;要认识到只有改革的不难,才能实现社会经济的繁荣发展。我刊创刊五周年。

The 90s are a more crucial decade. Especially at the time when the current economic situation poses a grim picture, we should be sober-minded and aware that, only deepening of the reform can lead to resolution of the difficulties facing us and make it possible to achieve the prosperity and development of our society and economy. We should also make a full estimate of the arduousness and complexity of the reform, have a correct understanding of the hardships we are confronted with and make unremitting efforts for our cause. To greet the arrival of the 90s and celebrate the fifth anniversary of the launching of our magazine, the Editorial Department of 'Management World' had the pleasure to have some of the specialists and scholars in Beijing join us and held this forum on China's reform and development in the 90s in the hope that people in all circules can suggest ways and means for China's prosperity and revitalization.
