滨海高职国际商务专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Training Professional talents of Business in Binhai Higher Vocational College

人才培养模式是人才的培养目标和培养规格以及实现这些培养目标的方法或手段。如何完善高职国际商务专业人才培养模式,并最终实现专业人才培养质量的提高,达到服务社会、服务学生的目的成为文章关注的重点。文章利用MES、CBE等现代职业教育理论结合滨海高职国际商务专业人才培养工作特点重新梳理了专业人才培养体系的构建过程,以期为今后的专业建设提供更好的建设思路。

Talent training pattern is the target and scale as well as the method and strategy .The point of the paper is about how to complete the pattern to increase the quality of professional talents and further more to service society and students .With the theory of MES and CBE ,this paper describes the process of building professional talents with the combination of the work has been done in Binhai voca-tional college .Above all to provide better thoughts on profession building in future .
