摘要
目的:建立三白草洗剂的质量控制标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的三白草、苦参和黄柏进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的苦参碱进行含量测定.结果:薄层色谱法可鉴别出三白草、苦参和黄柏,斑点清晰,分离度好,且阴性对照无干扰;苦参碱在0.109~1.090μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.82%,RSD=0.86%.结论:该方法操作简便易行、准确可靠、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为三白草洗剂的质量控制方法.
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Saururus Chinensis Lotion. Methods: Herba Saururus Chinensis, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis in Saururus Chinensis Lotion were identified by TLC. The content of Ma trine was determined by HPLC. Results:The TLC spots of Herba Saururus Chinensis, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis were clear with good separation and free of interference of negative samples. The linear ranges of Matrine was 0. 109-1. 090μg, the average recovery rate was 98.82 %, RSD=0.86 %. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reliable,which can be used to control the quality of Saururus Chinensis Lotion.
