活血化瘀中药治疗糖尿病肾病研究综述

The Researching Progress of Treating Diabetic Nephropathy by Blood-activating and Stasis-Dissolving Chinese

糖尿病肾病是由糖尿病引起的微血管并发症,目前DN由于病因复杂,仍以经验治疗为主,后期主要依靠血液透析维持生命。研究表明活血化瘀中药可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的临床症状,并降低尿蛋白,延缓肾功能恶化,提高患者生活质量。为此,对活血化瘀的单味中药及其有效成分、复方中药在治疗糖尿病肾病方面的进展进行综述,以期为从活血化瘀中药中开发出治疗DN的有效药物提供参考。

Diabetic Nephropathy （DN） is microvascular complications caused by diabetic, The etiological factors of Diabetic Ne- pbropathy （DN） are complicated,and is hard to be treated. The patients are mainly rely on maintenance hemodialysis in the rest of their life. The study prove that Blood-activating and Stasis-dissolving Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symp- toms, reduce proteinuria,delay the development of renal failure,and improve the quality of patient＇s life. The subjects of researching Progress of Treating Diabetic Nephropathy by Blood-activating and Stasis-dissolving Chinese medicine are single Chinese medicine, active ingredients, and Chinese herbal compound,for the purpose of developing drugs that are effective against DN.
