调气活血法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病气滞血瘀证临床疗效观察

Regulating Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis Clinical Observation Qi Stagnation

目的:研究调气活血法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病气滞血瘀证的疗效。方法:对120例椎动脉型颈椎病气滞血瘀证患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。对照组60例采用颈复康颗粒治疗;观察组60例采用调气活血汤治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为83.33%。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调气活血法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病气滞血瘀证具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。

Objective： Research adjusting blood gas treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis qi stagnation effect. Methods：Methods A retrospective analysis of the use of research 120 cases of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis stasis syn drome clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, control group of 60 patients with Jingfukang particle therapy; observation group, 60 cases with regulating qi Decoction treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group were 96.67 % in the control group patients total effective rate was 83.33%. Patients in observation group was higher total efficiency （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Regulating Qi and Activating Blood Circulation treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis qi stagnation with good clinical efficacy, clinical reference and worthy of further promotion.
