摘要
利用双积分型 A/ D转换技术对半导体热敏电阻进行线性化的方法 ,实现热敏电阻的线性化 ,并解决了不同β值的热敏电阻互换问题 .
A method of overcoming the non linear with A/D converter is presented Here. We realized this approach with practical circuit. Our experiment demonstrated that the method could overcome the non linear and solve the interchange problem between the thermosensitive resistance of different B. Measured from rigid experiments, the max error was 0.3℃ within our available test temperature range from 30℃ to 60℃ .The principle of the circuit and its realizing were described in detail in this paper.
