摘要
目的 评价吴氏消瘤散(太子参、白术、炙鳖甲、山慈菇、漏芦、土鳖虫、急性子、炙龟甲、薏苡仁、枳实等)的抗肿瘤活性.方法 建立S180肉瘤荷瘤小鼠模型、B16黑色素瘤荷瘤小鼠模型、人肺腺癌A549荷瘤裸鼠模型,并测定肿瘤质量和肿瘤抑制率.结果 吴氏消瘤散低、中、高剂量对鼠S180肉瘤细胞及人肺腺癌A549细胞,中、高剂量对小鼠B16黑色素瘤细胞的生长有一定抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为S180肉瘤低剂量组为29.07% ~ 39.74%、中剂量组为33.99% ~41.01%、高剂量组为43.21% ~51.56%;人肺腺癌A549低剂量组为25.17% ~ 33.69%、中剂量组为31.04%~38.84%、高剂量组为34.55% ~ 44.66%;B16黑色素瘤中剂量组为26.45%~35.66%、高剂量组为39.59% ~67.21%.结论 实验表明,吴氏消瘤散具有一定的抗肿瘤作用.
AIM To investigate the antitumor effect of Wushi Xiaoliu Powder (Pseudostellariae Radix, Atrac- tylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma, Trionycis Carapax, Cremastrae Pseudobulbus, Rhapontici Radix, Impatientis Se- men, Testudinis Carapacis et Plastr, Coicis Semen, Aurantii Fructus immaturus, etc. ) on tumor bearing mice. METHODS The antitumor effect was evaluated with S180 sarcoma bearing mice, B16 melanoma bearing mice and human lung adenocarcinoma A549 bearing nude mice by measuring the tumor weight and calculating the tumor inhibition rate. RESULTS Wushi Xiaoliu Powder at moderate or high dose inhibited the tumor cell growth in all three models. The tumor inhibition rates of S180 sarcoma bearing mice were 29.07% - 39.74% at low dose, 33.99% -41.01% at moderate dose and 43.21% -51.56% at high dose. The inhibition rates of human lung ad- enocarcinoma A549 bearing nude mice were 25.17% - 33.69% at low dose, 31.04% - 38.84% at moderate dose, and 34.55% -44.66% at high dose. The inhibition rates of B16 melanoma bearing mice were 26.45% 35.66% at moderate dose and 39.59% -67.21% at high dose. CONCLUSION Wushi Xiaoliu Powder has an-titumor effect.
