电子负载补偿电路设计

摘要 为解决电子负载输出响应速度不高的问题,增加了电子负载驱动增强电路,并在该驱动电路下提出了一种新型模拟补偿电路。首先,在原有电子负载基础上加入功率增强电路,绘制了电子负载在理想情况和实际情况不同输出电流下的开环伯德图,然后加入并改进了拟补偿器,使电子负载输出响应速度提高和响应带宽扩大,最后将该补偿电路应用于电子负载中,通过实验验证了上述方案的可靠性。 In order to improve the speed of electronic load output response, an increased electronic load driver enhancement circuit was added, and a new compensation circuit was proposed based on it. Firstly, a power enhancement circuit was added in the original electronic load. The open loop Bode diagram of electronic load in ideal conditions and actual output current was drawn. And then an improved compensator was added in the electronic load. As a result the response speed of the electronic load output was enhanced and the response bandwidth was expanded. Finally the compensation circuit was applied to the electronic load, the reliability was verified through the experiments.
