PIC模型下大规模定制的汽车产品配置方法

摘要 针对大规模定制下汽车产品配置方法不能很好地表达三维信息和约束信息的问题,提出了一种基于实例推理的PIC模型来进行产品的知识表示,并运用交互式遗传算法(interactive genetic algorithms,IGA)来进行产品配置的求解,使客户能够参与到产品的定制设计中。分析了基于PIC模型的产品配置工作原理,给出了PIC模型的定义和形式化表达,并开发了基于PIC模型的汽车操控台定制设计系统来进行验证,结果显示该方法具有较好的应用前景。 To solve the problem that automotive product configuration of mass customization cannot express well the dimen- sional information and constraints information, a PIC model based on case reasoning was proposed to make the knowledge repre- sentation of product. And Interactive Genetic Algorithms was used to solve the product configuration, enabling customers to par- ticipate in the design of customized products. The working principle of the presented method was analyzed, and the concept and formal representation of PIC model were defined. Then the automotive console custom design systems based on PIC model was es- tablished. The results show this method has good application prospects.
