设计的可建造性在工程项目中的中介作用 被引量:1

Intermediary Role of Design Buildability in Engineering Projects

摘要 针对不同工程项目交易模式下,工程设计的可建造性与工程项目的成本绩效有显著不同,且工程设计的可建造性会对工程项目的成本绩效产生影响的问题,在文献回顾的基础上,构建了工程项目设计的可建造性评价的3个维度,并通过对110份有效问卷的数据分析进行研究。数据分析结果表明,工程项目交易模式会对工程项目设计的可建造性与成本绩效产生显著影响,并在其影响过程中起到中介作用,在DB模式下工程设计的可建造性和成本绩效均显著高于DBB模式。 Project delivery system has a significant impact on project cost performance and buildability of project design, while the buildability of project design also has a significant influence on project cost performance. Based on literature review, three dimensions of the buildability of project design were generalized and put forward, and the data from 110 valid questionnaires were also analyzed. The main conclusions support the project delivery system has significant impacts on the buildabiiity of the project design and project cost performance ; and the buildability of project design mediates the relationship between project deliv- ery system and project cost performance ; the buildability of project design and cost performance is better with the DB system than that with DBB system.
