摘要
采用新型液位控制装置替代传统的二次供水水池机械式浮球水位控制装置,可有效消除二次供水系统内的管道水击现象,消除与二次供水系统相关联的市政供水管道压力波动、水表空转、管道爆裂等现象。新型液位装置由液位传感器、液位主控器、进水阀门、压力表组成,结构简单、造价较低、工程施工容易、用户评价好,适合在二次供水系统水池水位控制的设计、施工、改造中推广应用。
Using new level control device instead of traditional mechanical float-type water level control device in secondary water supply tank can effectively eliminate pipeline water hammer phenome- non of secondary water supply system, thus eliminating pressure fluctuation, meter idling, pipe burst and so on of the municipal water supply pipeline associated with the secondary water supply system. The new level control device is composed of level sensor, master level controller, inlet valve and pressure gauge. It has simple structure, low cost, easy construction and high evaluation from users. The engineering prac- tice showed that the new level control device was suitable for use in level control of water tank of seconda- ry water supply system.
