江苏省某城市污水处理厂毗邻热电厂,具备利用热电厂提供的饱和蒸汽处理污泥的优势,因此利用饱和蒸汽将含水率为80%的污泥干化脱水后降至含水率≤40%,送至热电厂与煤混合燃烧处置,从而真正实现了以废治废和循环经济的目标。
A WWTP is located near a power plant, so the sludge treatment has an advantage in the use of residual heat from the power plant. The saturated steam could reduce the water content of dewa- tered sludge from 80% to 40%. The dried sludge could be mixed with coal and used as the raw materials for auxiliary fuel, and the comprehensive utilization of wastes was achieved.
