摘要
曹妃甸工业区供水工程陡河水库取水泵站不仅规模较大,而且地形局促、地质情况复杂。在保证供水安全性的前提下,结合陡河水库的具体条件,选择高效率的立式离心水泵和与之相适应的泵房形式,节省工程投资。在节能方面采用我国首创的斩波内反馈调速技术,该取水工程的方案设计、泵站形式的确定及新型技术的应用对类似工程具有一定参考价值。
The water intake pump station for Douhe reservoir of Caofeidian Industrial Zone water supply project is a large scale pump station located on the geologically and topographically complex land. On the premise of water supply security, it saved investment for the pump station to use the highly effi- cient vertical centrifugal water pumps as well as a suitable form of pump houses, given the specific condi- tion of Douhe reservoir. The domestically innovated technology of internal feedback chopper speed regula- tion was adopted. The water intake project has reference value for similar projects in the scheme design, determination of pump station form and the usage of new technologies.
