清浊分流条件下的印染废水回用工程设计

Design of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Reuse Engineering with Separation of High and Low Concentration Wastewater

摘要 根据污染源头控制原则和废水再生回用的要求,针对纺织印染废水水质水量的特点,提出了废水处理清浊分流方案。结果显示,两套系统处理效果均较好,出水水质满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—1992)Ⅰ级标准。回用水处理采用复合反应器+亚滤系统,出水水质满足《纺织染整工业废水治理工程技术规范》(HJ 471—2009)中的漂洗用回用水水质标准。 According to the principle of pollution source control and wastewater reuse requirement, a separation scheme of high and low concentration wastewater was proposed in the light of the characteris- tics of textile printing and dyeing wastewater quantity and quality. The results showed that the two sets of treatment systems performed well, and the effluent quality met the first grade criteria specified in the Dis- charge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry ( GB 4287 - 1992 ). Composite reactor and subfiltration system were used to treat reuse water, and the effluent quality met the rinsing requirements in the Wastewater Treatment Project Technical Specification for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry ( HJ 471 - 2009 ).
