常见消毒剂分析仪在复合二氧化氯体系中的适用性

Applicability of Common Disinfectant Analyzers in Composite Chlorine Dioxide Disinfection System

通过试验对常见的自来水厂消毒剂分析仪进行了对比,包括实验室仪表和在线仪表,找出了适合复合二氧化氯消毒工艺中采用的检测仪器和测试方法,并论证了其适用性。研究表明,基于甘氨酸掩蔽-DPD比色法的实验室二氧化氯分析方法,电极法二氧化氯在线分析仪,以及基于DPD显色分析的在线余氯分析仪,均可以在该体系中得以应用。

Common disinfectant analyzers used in waterworks were compared by experiment, which included lab instruments and online instruments. The detecting analyzers and methods applicable for composite chlorine dioxide disinfection process were found, and their applicability was demonstrated. The results showed that the three kinds of methods including DPD colorimetric method with masking agent of glycine, as lab detecting method; the chlorine dioxide online analyzer with electrode method and the residual chlorine online analyzer with DPD colorimetric method could be all effectively applied to detect the content of chlorine dioxide in composite chlorine dioxide disinfection system.
