论煤炭生产的困难及出路

The Bottleneck and Way Out for Coal Production

由于历史原因,煤炭生产存在许多问题,考虑到在我国能源消费结构中煤炭占较大的比重,企望通过提高煤炭价格的方法解决煤炭生产中的困难是不可能的,而且还会对整个国民经济产生不良影响。平顶山矿务局局长梁尤平同志根据自己的实践和思考,从改善产业产品结构、提高烘矿综合经济效益的角度,结合本局的情况,提出了解决煤炭生产问题的思路。

Due to historical reasons, there exist a lot of problems in coal production. Considering coal's importance of large percentage in the Chinese energy consumption composition, it is impossible and will have bad effects on the entire national economy to overcome the difficulties in coal production by raising coal prices. From the angle of improving the composition of industrial products and increasing comprehensive economic profits of coal mines, and on basing his own experiences and stndies combined with the actual conditions of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Administration, Comrade Liang Youping, Director of the Administration proposes a way by which to resolve the problems in coal production.
