Research and Practice of International Construction Mode for Course of “Food Chemistry”

面对21世纪的国际竞争和科技挑战,课程建设是大学改革和发展的重要组成部分。当前课程国际化是高校课程教育的一项十分紧迫的战略任务。本文在查阅大量文献和进行大量调查研究的基础上,主要从理论与实践两个部分对《食品化学》课程国际化建设模式进行研究。

In the face of international competitions and scientific challenges in the 21st Century, course construction is regarded as an important part of university reform and development. At present, course internationalization is an urgent strategic task for course education in universities. Based on a great amount of literatures and investigations, a research was carried out on the international construction mode for the course of ＂Food Chemistry＂ from theory and practice.
