摘要
高推进效率的对转桨扇是开式转子发动机最关键的部件之一。国外航空强国对其开展了大量的CFD计算分析及试验验证工作,优化气动性能,降低噪声等级,以满足适航标准;国内目前尚缺乏对开式转子对转桨扇设计技术和CFD分析的相关研究。本文在现有压气机设计技术的基础上,改进CFD设计分析方法,探索设计出开式转子发动机的对转桨扇,并进行了三维定常流场分析。通过与国外文献研究结果的分析对比,初步验证了本文设计和计算结果的合理性。
Contra-rotating prop-fan (CRP) with high propulsive efficiency is one of the most critical compo-nents on open rotor engine. Western countries have completed numerous CFD investigations and test dem-onstration on CRP to improve its aerodynamic performance and noise level to satisfy airworthiness require-ments. However, few investigations can be found in China concerning CRP design and CFD analysis. Based on current compressor design technique, CFD design and analysis method was improved. Using this meth-od, a kind of contra-rotating prop-fan adaptive to open rotor engine was designed and 3D steady flow analy-sis was carried out. The design and calculation results were initially demonstrated the sound through the comparison with outcomes of some foreign research.
