摘要
基于发动机压力畸变试验的重要性及高风险性,详细介绍了发动机移动插板压力畸变试验安全操作方案。为保障试验安全,制定了详细的控制措施,及需注意的安全监视参数和危机应急措施。发动机压力畸变试验结果表明,发动机压力畸变试验失稳时刻最明显的表现形式为尾喷口喷火,同时脉动压力剧烈波动;该安全操作措施有效、合理,能确保发动机移动插板压力畸变试验安全。
Based on the importance and high risk of the engine pressure distortion test, the safety operation scheme of the engine pressure distortion test on movable baffle was introduced. To ensure test safety, con-trol measures were drafted in detail before testing and the test parameters need to monitor and emergency measures were also set. Pressure distortion test results indicate that the most evident phenomenon of surge is nozzle flaming and engine pulsating pressure fluctuates intensively. It is proved that the scheme is effec-tive and reasonable, which could ensure safety of engine pressure distortion test.
