摘要 目的 观察豚鼠螺旋蜗轴动脉 (SMA) SP能神经支配的特点 .方法 采用免疫组织化学 ABC法结合葡萄糖氧化酶 - DAB-镍染色技术及免疫透射电镜 ,探讨 P物质 (SP)在SMA上的分布特点 .结果  SMA近端外膜上存在着大量SP- IR阳性神经元 .在 SMA远端外膜上可见大量的 SP- IR阳性神经纤维 ,相互交错 ,呈网状结构 .结论  AIM To investigate the innervation characteristics of SP immunoreactivity (SP IR) nerves in the spiral modiolar arteriae of guinea pigs. METHODS Avidin botin peroxidase complex (ABC) immunostaining combined with the glucose oxidase diaminobenzidine nickel (GDN) enhancement technique was employed for immunohistochemistry, and the distributions of substance P (SP) under light. RESULTS A large number of SP IR neurones were found existing in the tunicae adventitia vasorum in the proximal ends of SMA. Meanwhile, a large number of SP IR nerve fibres showing a net like appearance were found existing in the tunicae adventitia vasorum in the distal ends of SMA. CONCLUSION SP might play an important role in the regulation on the cochlear blood flow.
