摘要
我国西部民族地区的跨越式发展是一个外部介入启动、激发本地自我创新的过程。由于目前西部民族地区的领导情境和被领导者能力素质无法满足跨越式发展的条件,这就要求西部民族地区的领导者必须具备变革领导力。本文在系统学习和借鉴跨越式发展、变革领导力以及民族地区变革领导力等方面研究成果基础上,以新疆跨越式发展为对象,分析了新疆领导情境的五个主要特点和被领导者四个方面的主要特征,提出九种促进新疆变化变革的能力,并导入经典变革领导力模型,把这九种能力与变革领导力的四个维度即魅力或理想化影响、动机感召、智力激发、个性化关怀进行了对比分析,为开展新疆跨越式发展的变革领导力实证研究提供理论前提。
The greatleapforward development of the ethnic regions in western China is a process of an external interventional start to stimulate local selfinnovation. Since the current leadership context and the ability as well as the quality of the followers of the west mi nority areas cannot meet the conditions of the greatleapforward development, which requires that the leaders of the western minority are as must own transformational leadership. This paper analyzes five main features of the leadership context and four aspects of the main fea tures of the followers, promotes nine kinds of the ability to improve the changes and reformation of Xinjiang, and imports classic transfor mational leadership model on the basis of learning and using the research of the greatleapforward development, transformational leader ship and the transformational leadership of ethnic regions etc. and as the greatleapforward development as research object. Then the nine kinds of capacity and the four dimensions of the change of leadership which are the charisma or idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration, are comparatively analyzed in order to provide a theoretical premise for transformational leadership of the greatleapforward development in Xinjiang.
