核心企业自主创新网络演化机理研究——以鸽瑞公司“冷轧钢带”自主创新为例 被引量:14

Study on Evolution Mechanism of Core Enterprise Independent Innovation Network: The Case Study from Green Company's Independent Innovation in Cold-rolled Steel Strip

摘要 在对自主创新的演化阶段进行界定并对自主创新网络演化模型进行构建的基础上,以鸽瑞公司"冷轧钢带"的自主创新实践为例,基于实地调研和深度访谈获得的资料,运用行动者网络理论,通过追随核心企业的方式,分析了鸽瑞公司不同自主创新阶段的行动者构成,从结网对象的变化中揭示了核心企业自主创新网络演化机理:核心企业自主创新网络的演化是在核心企业的主导下,与不同人类与非人类行动者结网互动的过程,而这一过程的有序演进,又需要核心企业能根据创新进程不断调整网络的行动参与者。这一研究结果对企业加强自主创新的管理有重要的启示意义。 By dividing independent innovation evolution stages and building independent innovation network evolution model, this paper uses actor network theory(ANT) to analyze Green Company' s independent innovation in coldrolled steel strip by means of "following core enterprise" and then explores evolution mechanism of core enterprise independent innovation network from the changes of netting tar gets. The research shows the evolution of core enterprise independent innovation network is the netting and interacting process led by core enterprise with different human and nonhuman actors, but the orderly evolution of this process requires core enterprise to continually ad just the network actors according to the process of innovation. This research result has a good deal of enlightenment for enterprises to strengthen the management of indeoendent innovation.
