摘要
为了有效解决目前国内液压疲劳试验机由于长时间实验造成容易死机和数据丢失,以及进口动态疲劳试验机价格昂贵且操作不便等问题,提出了基于LabVIEW软件平台开发上位机,以及EDC220控制伺服阀和S7-300 PLC控制工艺流程的双下位机的液压疲劳试验机测控方案。LabVIEW上位机通过以太网与双下位机进行高速通讯,进行控制数据和采集数据的交换;整个控制系统通过长时间的运行测试,系统稳定高效可靠运行,没有死机和数据丢失的现象发生,有效地解决了上述问题,达到了较为满意的效果。
Long running of domestic hydraulic fatigue test machine can lead to crash and data loss of system, and imported dynamic machine is costly and complicated . To solve the problems mentioned above, a solution of measure and control of test machine which has a upper computer developed by labVIEW and a double lower computers constructed by EDC220 servo valve and S7 -300 PLC con- trol flow is presented. The labVIEW upper computer communicates and exchanges the data of control and acquisition with the double lower computers rapidly using ethernet. After long running testing, stability, high efficiency and reliability of the control system is showed, and the problem of crash and data loss is solved effectively, promising resuh is satisfied.
