微博环境下高校大学生管理工作的思考

随着现代信息技术的不断发展,微博作为其中一种社交网络平台,深受当代大学的喜爱,作为一种新型媒介工具,微博对高校大学生的管理有着明显的积极作用,但其负面效应也很显著。本文首先界定了微博的涵义,分析了微博对学生管理工作的两面性影响,提出微博应用于学生管理工作中要健全微博信息管理制度,加强师生自律、道德教育,加强对社团、班级微博的管理;利用官方微博营造积极健康的校园网络文化,从而形成多方面教育的合力机制做学生管理工作的措施。
