目前普遍存在由于校企合作缺失所引发的旅游管理实践教学问题,职教师资旅游管理专业实践教学模式的构建应突出技能性、科研性和教育性等原则.基于此,文章提出基于校企合作的职教师资旅游管理专业实践教学模式,该模式突出人才服务技能、科研能力和教学能力培养的三位一体.

The prevailing lack of school--enterprise cooperation for tourism management practice makes more and more teaching issues Vocational teachers＇tourism management professional practice teaching model should highlight the skills of scientific,research and educational principles. Based on this,this article put forward a teaching mode based on school--enterprise cooperation in tourism management professional practice under vocational teacher education,which highlights the service skills,research ability and teaching capacities as a whole training objective.
