影响矫直机工艺稳定性原因分析

摘要 对宝钢集团韶关钢铁有限公司板材部宽板线热矫直机由于各类辊面缺陷而导致停机的情况进行了分析.辊面缺陷主要分为环形凸起、粘钢凸起和辊面棱角处凸起.分析出各种缺陷所产生的原因,并提出了改进措施,从而提高了矫直机运行的稳定性,降低了异常停机时间,提高了产品表面质量. The reasons, caused the abnormal stoppage due to the surface defects on different types of rolls for the hot level- er at the wide plate rolling mill of SGIS, were analyzed. Defects on the roll surface including ring - bulges, gluing - steel - bulges and edge - bulges and their origins were found. Measures are proposed to improve the running stability of the level- er, to reduce the abnormal stoppage time and to subsequently improve the surface quality of its products.
