针对韶钢原有能源指标体系存在的局限性,通过将能源管理和成本管理两个不同专业领域的有机融合,建立起一套适合韶钢管理要求的能源价值管理体系.通过推动该体系的有效实施,使节能管理取得了一定的成效,为韶钢的节能管理提供了有益的探索.

For the limitations of the original energy management index system at SGIS, by combining the two different pro- fessional fields of the energy management and the cost management, an energy value management system that is suitable to the requirement of SGIS management has been established. By promoting the effective implementation of the system, it has made certain achievement and provided a useful exploration for the energy management at SGIS.
