188例糖尿病患者足溃疡的预防 被引量:147

Analysis of the findings on preventing diabetic foot ulceration for 188 cases

摘要 目的 :探讨有效预防糖尿病足溃疡的时机与方法。方法 :将 188例发生足溃疡的低、中、高危患者分为A、B、C 3组 ,分别给予足溃疡发生前期、发生期和后期护理干预并随访 12~ 15个月 ,观察干预前后足溃疡发生率和血糖值。结果 :血糖与足溃疡发生、发展密切相关。 3组干预后血糖均明显下降 ,以A组最为显著 ,无 1例发生足溃疡。高危者足溃疡发生率明显高于中、低危者 ,但干预后显著下降。结论 :预防教育应从低危者着手 ,中、高危者列为重点预防对象 ,指导患者控制血糖和每日护足是有效预防足溃疡的关键。 Objective: To investigate effective methods of preventing diabetic foot ulceration.Methods:One hundred and eighty eight patients at the mild,moderate and high risk for ulceration were divided into three groups:A,B,C,respectively. Nursing care and education were given.Everycase was followed up for 12~15 months and observed for the prevalence of foot ulceration and glucose levels.Results:After intervention,the glucose levels of the three groups had markedly reduced,and the development of foot ulceration was significantly lowered.The outcomes of Group A were better than the other two groups.Conclusion:The ealier prevention and education were done,the better outcomes would come out.It is crucial that the glucose level is controlled and the feet were cared for daily.
