行业标准在初任警培训实践中的应用研究

On the Application of Industry Standard in the Practice of New Police Training

培养警察履行岗位职责的能力是初任警培训的核心内容,因此在培训教育中要充分体现培训教育中实践性、规范性和应用性的特点。为了实现初任警的培养目标,使培训的内容更加突出初任警培训教育的特点,需将有关的国家(行业)标准科学、系统的融入到教学活动中。《公共安全行业标准》是一类专业性和技术型较强的标准,无论是结果标准还是过程标准都与岗位工作能力密切相关,文章以《现场照相》的教学为例,主要借鉴《公共安全行业标准》,强化严格执法、规范执法的理念和程序,提高公安队伍的执法素质,维护公安队伍的威信,以实现警察培训教育的目标。

The core of new police training is to cultivate the police’s ability to perform duties, so the training should involve the characteristics of practicalness, standardability and applicability. In order to realize the training objective of new police, it is necessary to integrate national （industry） standards into teaching systematically so as to make the training content satisfy the training objective. In the teaching of“Site Photography”, the main reference is the “Public Safety Industry Standard”; both of its result standard and process standard are closely related to occupational abilities due to the high professionalism and technicality of the standard. As a result, the following steps must be adopted： to strengthen the idea and procedure of strict and strandardized law enforcement, to improve the law enforcement quality of the police forces, to maintain the prestige of the police forces, and to realize the training objective of the police.
