秦朝统一全国后,即开始精英人才的逆淘汰,儒生被坑杀,扶苏、蒙恬、蒙毅、冯去疾、李斯、冯劫、章邯、司马欣、董翳等政治、军事干才或死于非命,或被逼降敌,致使统治集团只剩下以赵高、胡亥为代表的一群愚蠢、残暴、颟顸的无能之辈,等待他们的只能是灭亡。纵观中国历史,"劣币驱逐良币",精英人才逆淘汰几乎是所有衰世王朝共同的规律。

After the reunification of the country ,the Qin Dynasty begen to reverse out of the elite .The Confucian scholars were killed by the pit .Political and military capabilities such as Fusu ,Meng Tian , Meng Yi ,Feng Quji ,Li Si ,Feng Jie ,Zhang Han ,Sima Xin and Dong Yi ,etc .,died an untimely death , or forced to drop the enemy .Only a group of stupid ,brutal ,muddle headed and careless person such as Zhao Gao ,Huhai were left in the ruling group .Throughout the China’s long history ,the bad money drives out good and the elimination of the elite are the common law almost in all deep Dynasties .
