主动脉球囊反搏联合机械通气治疗心源性休克预后分析

Prognosis Analysis of Cardiogenic Shock Treated by Intra Aortic Balloon Counterpulsation and Mechanical Ventilation

目的探讨分析主动脉球囊反搏联合机械通气治疗心源性休克预后情况,以供临床参考。方法选择心源性休克患者34例作为研究对象,均接受主动脉球囊反搏联合机械通气治疗,观察预后情况,并对比治疗前后患者平均动脉压、动脉血氧分压、中心静脉压、血液pH值等指标的变化。结果治疗后有效率73.63%。与治疗前对比发现,患者治疗后平均动脉压、动脉血氧分压、血液pH值明显提高,中心静脉压明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用主动脉球囊反搏联合机械通气治疗心源性休克可起到良好的效果,对患者预后有益。

Objective To analyze the prognosis of cardiogenic shock treated by intra aortic balloon counterpulsation and mechani- cal ventilation so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods 34 cases of patients with cardiogenic shock were selected as the research object, and they were treated with intra aortic balloon counterpulsation and mechanical ventilation. The prognosis of the patients was observed, the changes of mean arterial pressure, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, central venous pressure, blood pH value and other indicators of the patients before and after the treatment were compared. Results The efficiency after the treatment was 73.63%. Compared with those before treatment, after treatment, the mean arterial pressure, arterial partial pressure of oxygen and blood pH value increased significantly, central venous pressure decreased obviously, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intra aortic balloon counterpulsation and mechanical ventilation in the treatment of cardiogenic shock can achieve good results, which are beneficial to the prognosis of the patients.
