摘要
在分析长江防汛抢险队伍建设的必要性的基础上,归纳其现状,提出基本要求,并论述了加强防汛抢险队伍建设的措施及建议。
It is essential to construct Changjiang motorized flood rescue teams. The teams＇current condition, basic demands and suggestions on measures we take to enhence the constructions are discussed.
